Stephen Barker is a Lead Airport Certification Safety Inspector with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where he serves as a regional subject matter expert in airport certification, operational safety, infrastructure compliance, and regulatory oversight. In his current role, he oversees compliance with federal aviation safety regulations, conducts complex airport inspections and assessments, reviews technical and engineering documentation, and advises airport leadership on operational safety standards and risk mitigation strategies.
Mr. Barker has also delivered Part 139 airport safety training domestically and internationally, including ICAO workshops and regional outreach programs.
