About me
Eric Jacobs is a pilot, engineer, and airport technology entrepreneur with over 40 years in aviation and working with FAA and aviation stakeholders. He leads Airport Monitoring Systems, operating a nationwide ADS B–based tracking and operations analysis network that helps airports understand traffic, quantify economic impact, and reduce noise complaints through better community engagement. Eric has supported FAA Airports, NextGen, and Aviation Safety organizations and serves on the TRB’s aviation safety and security committee. A certified Outward Mindset facilitator, he applies neuroscience based approaches to negotiation, group process, and conflict, and frequently presents and moderates panels at state and national aviation conferences.
